1. The service and its requirements

HyperControl is an Android assistant that uses your instructions, accessible phone interfaces and resources you provide to prepare or perform tasks. Features include text and voice conversations, media analysis, routines and personal memory.

The app requires Android 13 or later, a compatible device, an account and an Internet connection for online features. Interface control requires you to enable the accessibility service voluntarily. Other features may require separate permissions: microphone, notifications, overlays, file sharing or audio capture. Refusing a permission prevents dependent features from working; it does not authorise the app to bypass your choice.

The product evolves and some features are in beta. Tasks may fail because of interface changes, Android restrictions, protected content, network interruptions or provider unavailability. Website guides describe methods, not guaranteed results in every app.

2. Your account

You must have the legal capacity required to use the service and enter into a contract, or permission from your legal representative where necessary. Use an email address you can access and protect your login credentials. Google sign-in, when offered, is optional.

Manage your account, sessions and preferences in the app. Notify support if you suspect unauthorised access. We will not ask you to send a password or verification code by email.

3. Instructions, autonomy and approval

You choose the tasks and level of autonomy. Guided mode requires action approval. Autonomous mode asks for approval when actions are detected as sensitive. Extended Access mode executes clearly requested actions with fewer intermediate approvals. Sensitive-action detection relies partly on AI and may be imperfect.

Android permissions, excluded apps and read-only settings apply in every mode. HyperControl does not bypass authentication, secure locks or screenshot restrictions. Tasks requiring an interface may wait until the phone is usable and unlocked.

Before delegating sending, purchasing, editing or deleting, specify recipients, limits and required approvals. Check important results. Stopping a task interrupts further processing; it does not undo a sent message or an applied change.

4. Routines, memory and voice features

An enabled automation may process authorised events and notifications according to your schedule and rules. Automatic replies may be sent without new confirmation for every message. Check the scope and suspend rules that no longer fit. Battery restrictions, network conditions and third-party apps may delay or prevent triggers. The log reports execution; it does not always prove receipt by the recipient.

Memory and resources personalise requests. Keep changeable facts up to date, such as prices, stock and contact relationships. Saving a fact in memory does not independently verify it.

Importing, transcribing and sharing media requires you to be authorised to process it. Creating a personal voice is optional and limited to your own voice. It must not be used for impersonation. How a sent audio file appears depends on the receiving app.

5. Authorised use

Use HyperControl only with devices, accounts, files and data you are authorised to access. Do not use it for unauthorised account access, bypassing protections, harassment, fraud, impersonation or unlawful communications.

When providing information about other people, limit it to what is necessary and comply with applicable notice or authorisation obligations. Third-party services retain their own terms, including those governing automation and commercial communications.

6. How credits are used

Credits are HyperControl usage units. They cover functions including AI instruction processing, image analysis, transcription and speech synthesis. Consumption depends on the features used, volume processed and applicable rate in the app. It is not a single fixed price per conversation.

Credits may be reserved before a step, then adjusted to measured usage. Unused amounts are released. If consumption is not yet established, the amount may remain under review. Stopping online processing after it begins does not erase usage already incurred. Actions performed solely on the phone do not themselves consume credits.

View your balance and records in the app. Credits are not currency, a bank account or an investment. They cannot be withdrawn as cash or freely transferred between accounts. This does not limit statutory refund rights or refunds agreed after investigating a complaint.

7. Free monthly allocation

A free allocation may be granted monthly according to the amount and conditions shown in the app. It does not carry over from month to month. Free credits are used before purchased credits. Purchased credits do not expire when the free allocation renews and have no expiry period.

When device protection is enabled, one monthly allocation is available per identified device. Reinstalling or creating another account does not entitle you to a second allocation. Switching accounts requires your confirmation to transfer remaining free credits; this neither resets the month's amount nor transfers purchased credits. Renewal is attached to the latest eligible account signed in. Amounts committed to a task remain reserved until settled.

Anti-abuse checks and promotional budget limits may restrict the free allocation. Changes affect future grants; they do not make purchased credits expire.

8. Top-ups, prices and confirmation

Top-ups are fixed packs without automatic subscription. Before confirmation, the app shows the credit amount, pack price, payment method available in the selected country and amount due in the selected currency.

When local-currency payment is offered, the converted amount and its validity period appear before confirmation. If the offer expires, review the new amount. Your bank or operator may charge fees under its terms; those fees do not buy extra credits.

The payments.alopro.net service forwards payment to the relevant provider. Credits are added after server confirmation, not merely when the browser returns. Pending transactions may take time to confirm. Check their status before repeating a top-up.

Abandoning or cancelling a request in the app does not guarantee cancellation of a payment already processing with the provider. If charged without receiving credits, contact support with the top-up reference, date and amount. Do not send full card details.

9. Complaints, withdrawal and refunds

Send usage or payment disputes to hello@alopro.net. Describe the problem and include the available reference. Investigation may require checking provider status, awarded credits and recorded usage. Confirmed errors receive an appropriate correction.

If you are a consumer entitled to withdraw from a distance contract, that right applies under your legislation. In the European Union, the general period is fourteen days, subject to the rules and exceptions applicable to the service. App use alone does not waive this right. An exception requiring your express request or prior acknowledgement cannot be inferred merely from creating an account.

To exercise this right, send an unambiguous statement identifying you, the account email, top-up and date. For example: “I inform you of my decision to withdraw from top-up [reference], purchased on [date], for account [email].” Rules on services begun at your request or digital content apply according to the purchase's classification and the consent actually obtained. See also the official European information on withdrawal rights.

A confirmed refund or payment dispute leads to adjustment of the related credits. If already used, access to new paid processing may be suspended while the issue is resolved. Your statutory rights are not replaced by a mandatory credit voucher.

10. Availability and liability

HyperControl implements technical measures to provide and secure the service. Interruptions, AI errors and third-party app limitations may still affect tasks. Assistance features do not replace human verification of decisions with significant consequences.

These limitations do not remove the publisher's obligations, applicable statutory guarantees or available remedies. No provision excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Account suspension and closure

You may stop using the service, revoke permissions and request account deletion in the app or through support. Pending payments or purchased credits may require financial settlement first. The privacy policy explains the effects on data and local copies.

Access may be restricted for clearly unlawful use, security incidents, payment fraud or abuse of the free offer. Measures must be proportionate; you may ask support for review. Restrictions do not erase payment or personal-data rights.

12. Changes and dispute resolution

The version date identifies these terms. Material changes to the service, usage rules or terms will be communicated appropriately. Price changes do not retroactively recalculate billed transactions. Check information in the app before topping up or using a new paid feature.

For a dispute, first contact ALOPRO LLC at hello@alopro.net to seek a solution. This does not remove your remedies, applicable mediation or access to a competent court under consumer-protection rules. These terms impose no exclusive foreign jurisdiction.
